 Aaron Rodriguez is a hospitality maestro celebrated for his pursuit of excellence. A few of his accomplishments include orchestrating a symphony of operations for a portfolio that grew 3.5 times in 12 months, achieving best in portfolio rankings despite global economic challenges, and transforming a former furniture store into a 4-Diamond luxury haven. Through sales sorcery, he once conjured a $1.5 million revenue trick, ramping up to 100+ RGI in 2 months. With certifications from esteemed institutions, Aaron's education mirrors his remarkable achievements. 

 Over the past 7 years, Edgar has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricate workings(and the people!) that drive the hospitality industry. His pursuits have landed him in human resources, where he takes immense joy in sharing the knowledge he has gathered throughout his career. At his core, Edgar retains a youthful spirit, and is ever fascinated with sci-fi and fantasy. Whether it's books, TV shows, movies or games, his love for the imaginative knows no bounds. 

Magnus' combines his background in Hotel Operations and Financial Analysis with his expertise in Revenue, Finance, and Asset Management. All with precision and passion! He holds a degree in Physics and Mathematics, but beyond numbers, he enjoys reading, cooking, and listening to symphonies. He dreams to one day write a novel and his ultimate career goal is to manage a fund towards financial success. On a personal note, he cherishes a love for pho and harbors a childhood fear of geese, stemming from an encounter with his grandpa's goose. 

  Itzel boasts dual Bachelor's Degrees in Administration and Finance, plus Accounting. Her finance journey started early, balancing studies with a stint at a national bank. Post-graduation, she navigated fintech as a risk analyst and treasurer.

In October 2022, she made a splash in the hospitality scene, steering financial control for a hotel group. Beyond numbers, Itzel finds solace in baking, tunes into podcasts, explores world history, and fuels her zest for life through exercise. Her June 2024 goal? Nailing her first half-marathon, showcasing both determination and a flair for a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.

 Marifer is a dynamic individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico and ABASTUR Hospitality Summit certification. Recently completing a Business Management course (IDEm), she has strengthened her strategic and leadership skills. Beyond her professional pursuits, Marifer is an avid marathoner with diverse interests in art history, interior design, and intellectual pursuits through reading and podcasts. With a unique blend of professional acumen and a zest for life's experiences, Marifer brings vibrant energy to every facet of her journey. 

 Michelle is known for her ability to balance operational excellence with a people-first approach.  Her leadership has been recognized by the Marriott Circle Award for exceptional service. Her ability to mentor and develop top talent has been pivotal in the onboarding and training of general managers for top brands like Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt.

Michelle has overseen multi-million-dollar budgets and spearheaded strategies that increased revenue and profit year-over-year. Her leadership ensures not only smooth operations but also continuous growth, culture, and innovation.

Roberto is an accounting professional with a Bachelor's Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, he's proven adept in reporting, analysis, and bookkeeping.

Outside of finance, Roberto's active pursuits include tennis, soccer, padel, boxing, and mountain biking, showcasing his commitment to a balanced lifestyle. Despite a recent injury, his determination remains unwavering.

Roberto also enjoys cinema and diverse culinary experiences, contributing a dynamic perspective to both work and life. With a blend of expertise and personal resilience, he stands out as a valuable asset in any professional setting.

 Valeria Corona is a graduate accountant from the University of Guadalajara.
She has over four years of accounting experience and started her career in multiple firms at a young age. Beyond her expertise in accounting and finance, Valeria is a passionate entrepreneur in the pastry industry.
Her discipline and persistent approach in all her endeavors have consistently opened doors for her, and this dedication has brought her to where she stands today.
